2023 FREE INDIAN MARKET:

***ALL BOOTH & TABLE SPACES ARE PRE-ASSIGNED. ASK VOLUNTEERS TO ASSIST YOU or GO TO INFO BOOTH TO CHECK IN.

 

SETUP for Artists (required): Friday August 18, 2023 – 9 am to 5 pm

 

SHOW TIMES:

8 am - 5 pm, Saturday - Sunday, August 19 -20, 2023

 

LOCATION: Federal Park, Paseo de Peralta & Washington Ave., Santa Fe, NM.

Next to Federal Courthouse, by Main Post Office. (2 block north of Santa Fe Plaza.)

 

DROP OFF:  3-5 MINUTES ONLY – at LOADING ZONE (next to stone wall at south side of the Park.)

Volunteers will watch your things, while you park your vehicle. Volunteers will assist you.

 

IMPORTANT INFO:

10’ x 10’ or SMALLER CANOPIES ONLY !!! ANCHOR YOUR CANOPIES WITH SAND BAGS!!!

NOTE: STAKES ARE FORBIDDEN!!! Also, 12 foot canopies create chaos.

 

BE HELPFUL TO ELDERS:

After you have set up your booth, help elders setup their canopies!

BRING WATER & A PICNIC LUNCH:

We will be distributing some water and drinks, but we always run out.

You do NOT want to be standing in food lines for hours.

 

600 FREE RED CHILE TAMALES:

Will be distributed by volunteers to booths.

 

CLEAN-UP:

Bring trash bags and dispose at home, NOT at the show. Take your sand bags home, too.

Pitch in and help keep our show CLEAN.

 

ART DONATIONS:

Please drop off at our DONATION BOOTH.

Although not required, this is how we pay for your show.

 

BENEFIT ART AUCTION:

This year is going to be online, so people can bid with their telephones from anywhere in the world. The auction will take place in December, so as not to compete with the artists. Details will later be posted on our website.

 

SECURITY:

This show is on Federal property, so we have federal agents present to maintain law and order. They are our friends and protectors. Be polite to them. They are keeping us safe.

***Only Federal Agents may possess firearms.

 

MEDICAL EMERGENCIES:

We have secured professional EMTs from the Santa Fire Department to be on site. We believe their Emergency Vehicle will be near the main South Entrance, at the front of the Federal Courthouse.
